*Costs are not refundable. **To ensure result credibility, companies with 15-24 employees are required to have at least an 80% response rate to be considered for the list. ***Employees are randomly selected.


Additional Fees

- English and French surveys are offered free of charge for the Employee Feedback Surveys. If you need additional language translations, there is a cost of Can$295 per additional language translation.

Withdrawal Fee: Any organization that wishes to cancel participation or withdraw from the program must do so by March 27, 2026 (registration deadline). Any withdrawals or cancelations received after that date will be assessed a Can$250 withdraw fee.
